This set of Carom plugs is very rare. They appear to date from the 1870s, possibly.
The units are made of wood as opposed to later carom plug bodies that are made of cast iron or aluminum. The top hooks and thumbscrews retain some original nickel plating.
Each is individually numbered for the pocket for the table they were originally fitted to. These are in as-found condition (the cloth on one is ripped). We are selling these as Billiard Collectibles and not as a functioning set.
